She is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and utilizes numerous modalities personalized to the client, while maintaining a person-centered, strengths-based approach. She works with individuals of various demographics and backgrounds who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, relationships, self-esteem, and life transitions.
